A deliciously creamy and spiced pumpkin dessert perfect for fall.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, sugar, and eggs.
  3. Add the heavy cream, vanilla, spices, and salt; mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into ramekins and place them in a baking dish.
  5. Add water to the baking dish until it reaches halfway up the sides of the ramekins.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
  7. Cool before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Serve with whipped cream on top.
  • Can be made a day in advance.
