- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, sugar, and eggs.
- Add the heavy cream, vanilla, spices, and salt; mix until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into ramekins and place them in a baking dish.
- Add water to the baking dish until it reaches halfway up the sides of the ramekins.
