- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 4 slices crispy turkey bacon, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add the chopped turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
- Add the mushrooms and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the pumpkin puree, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook for another 3 minutes.
