Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 200 grams noodles
  • 5 tablespoons scallions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a simmer.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil.
  4. Add the cooked chicken and noodles, and cook until heated through.
  5. Finally, add the chopped scallions and season with salt, to taste.

Notes

  • Adjust the soup’s saltiness with additional soy sauce if needed.
  • For a spicier version, add sliced jalapenos.
