Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the orange juice and vanilla extract.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  7. Fold in the cranberries.
  8. Pour the batter into a greased bundt pan and smooth the top.
  9. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  10. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
