  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (for melting chocolate)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in the flour, salt, vanilla extract, and orange zest until a dough forms.
  4. Roll the dough into balls and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Flatten each ball slightly and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the edges are golden.
  6. Let the cookies cool completely.
  7. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a double boiler or microwave.
